“Helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to an active lifestyle”

Dr. Nick Tyger is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has proudly called Columbus home for the past five years. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa—the birthplace of chiropractic—where he developed a strong foundation in spinal health and musculoskeletal care. With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Tyger is dedicated to helping patients restore movement, build strength, and return to an active, pain-free lifestyle.

Dr. Tyger takes an evidence-based approach to care and holds the distinction of Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP), an advanced certification through the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. This rigorous, year-long program focuses on the comprehensive management of spine-related conditions, allowing him to deliver targeted, patient-centered treatment.

He is especially passionate about working with individuals recovering from motor vehicle and workplace injuries, active individuals and “weekend warriors,” as well as those seeking to improve their overall health and function.

Outside of the office, Dr. Tyger enjoys running, gardening, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending quality time with friends and family
