I went in for treatment as I have been in extreme back pain. My
exrays showed my hips are uneven causing the excruciating pain. The doctor relieved my pain as much as possible. He was very friendly and his work was impeccable. He is very busy due to his reputation as being very good doing his treatments. My only thought was he could use another assistant to help him with work flow and give him a break. The office of Inner Health Chiropractic is a wonderful place to be treated for neck and back pain. The doctor and the staff are pleasant, inviting and professional at the same time. As a medical massage therapist, my standards for chiropractors are exceptionally high. Dr Tyger surpasses them. I started seeing him after a car accident at the beginning of the year and I have continued seeing him, even after my accident treatment had run its course, because I feel better. His adjustments are not abrupt and he adjusted his techniques to match what was best for my body. He gets to know his patients and forms an authentic interest in their lives. This office is tucked away off of high street and I wasn’t sure what to expect as this is my first chiropractic journey. From the moment I walked in Jasmine made me feel at home, went through all of the clerical part with me and answered every question I had. LOVE seeing her when I walk in. Dr. Brad has been a miracle in my life. He’s informative, caring, and will literally break a sweat trying to my back adjusted. I have a crazy life sometimes and he’s been so flexible with scheduling. Dr Gage is absolutely amazing literally the only reason to go! Inner health in a whole is awful! You’re not seen as a person with value or that matters! I was robbed and assaulted on the job and Dr House the owner couldn’t have cared less if i was okay! Only about what was taken then was pissed off because Dr Gage closed the office for the rest of the day because of what happened! I didn’t even get so much as an is she okay from the owner who works at German Village or the HR manager! The employees that matter at inner health are German village everyone else is replaceable and trash but fight to keep people at GV. The buildings are not well maintained and there is always revolving door of CAs because of how they’re treated. After I was assaulted on the job no security measures were implemented and when Dr gage tried to make me feel better and have us go to lunch together he was yelled at by the owner Dr House that one of us needed to be there every hour because it’s a two hour period we’re closed! The office is designed for two CAs but will only have one because he doesn’t want to pay but will have two at GV even though they don’t see that many people either. You will be cussed at my one of the managers and then threatened if you act back. You are supposed to bring in people without benefits because you’ll get in trouble and lose the little bonus you receive or if you leave and have earned a bonus dr house will not give it too you!!! Dr Gage is the only reason to go!!! He is kind and understanding. He is literally the only DR that doesn’t let that he has an MD go to his head. I was in a car accident on Monday August 26th, 2024 I was rear-ended on the highway. I was able to be seen the next day and the chiropractor was very kind, knowledgeable and put me at ease. He listened to me! He also was extremely instrumental in helping me to understand what whiplash was and how it effects my whole body, as I had never been in a car accident before and didn't know what kinds of injuries are caused by them. Overall, I felt very well taken care of. I would gladly pay this man money to be treated as kindly as I was on 8/27/2024. BEST. CARE. EVER!!! Dr Gage, Desirae and Jontiana are Amazing. I suffer from ongoing migraine (24/7, 365) and the adjustments from Dr Gage have reduced my ER visits from 3x/month to 1x/6+ months. I walk in with my pain at a 9/10 and leave able to work, keep down food and function. They’ve worked with my insurance and other doctors to treat my condition holistically. I’ve lost weight, been able to work out again and be more present for myself & my family. I wish I could give them 100 stars because that is how wonderful they’ve been to me.
